Yoga with Karolina
With yoga and mindful movement we can find a way to profound health, strength and well-being.
Hi! Welcome! My name is Karolina, I love yoga and mindful movement, it's a different way to be in the world. Join me on this journey of discovery in yoga, movement and life! Here we go!
The journey starts on the abundant life sustaining planet Earth. As we travel around the sun we go through seasons, no two days are ever the same. As we move through time we renew and transform in ways we could never imagine. Yoga teaches us to trust and relax into this mysterious unfolding of life in order to fully show up to the joys as well as the challenges of life.

Yoga gives us practical tools to wake up, plant our feet firmly on the ground, spread shoulders wide and lead with the heart!

About Karolina
Karolina's teaching while uniquely her own, is greatly influenced by her study and practice with some of the world's most renowned yoga teachers. She completed her first vinyasa flow yoga teacher training with Saul David Raye in 2010, Yin and Restorative Yoga with Annie Carpenter, and vinyasa teacher training with Hala Khouri and Julian Walker, all during her study at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California.
In order to further develop her understanding of human body and movement, she got certified in injury prevention and women's (pre and post natal) fitness by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, went to massage school, worked closely with physical therapists, and completed Mat Pilates teacher training at the Equinox Pilates Institute. Karolina believes that being able to guide physical practice safely empowers students to be fully present and explore.
After teaching yoga for a few years in Malibu and at Equinox, she opened her own studio in Calabasas. Still teaching public classes she worked with many private students. In 2019, Karolina and her family moved to Florida to join the University of Miami community, she now teaches yoga (available virtually) at the Miller School of Medicine, UHealth Fitness and Wellness Center.
